January 16th, 1908 - September 30th, 2000
Truax, Sr., John B., 92, of Seminole died Saturday, September 30, 2000, at home. A native of Sparta, Wisconsin, he moved here from Syracuse, New York in 1997. He retired as a driver for Associated Transport and Trucking Company in Syracuse in 1973 after a career spanning over 40 years in the trucking industry. He was an Episcopalian and a member of the Teamsters Union. He is survived by two sons: John B. Truax, Jr., of Seminole and Dr. James Truax of St. Petersburg. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes & Cremation Tribute Center, Ninth Street Chapel.
