John Julian Valerio

John J. Valerio 53, a resident of Santa Fe joined our Heavenly Father on Thursday, December 3, 2020. He was preceded in death by his father, Juan Tilo Valerio and mother, Christine Valerio, sister, Lucy Elizabeth Valerio, and his grandparents. John was an amazing person who enjoyed all of life's greatest treasures. He had a passion for collecting antiques and the art of videography. He had a kind soul, and he will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him. Mr. Valerio is survived by his daughter Amber Valerio, grandchildren, Anthony, David and Angelina, and Anastaciya; Longtime companion Pam Chacon of Santa Fe; brothers, Daniel Valerio, Marc Valerio; nephew, Marc J. Valerio, nieces, Marcae Riggs, Nicole M. Vigil and Jennifer Roybal; and many aunts, uncles and family members. Special friends Jimbo and Kenny. Cremation has taken place. A Rosary will be celebrated on February 8, 2021 at 10:30 am at La Iglesia de Santa Cruz de la Cañada with a Memorial mass immediately following. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, attendance will be limited to 75 people. All persons involved in public gatherings are also asked to maintain a social distance of 6 feet and masks are required for the entire service. The family of John J. Valerio has entrusted their loved one to Riverside Funeral Home.
