He is survived by his father, Salvino Diaz; sister, Jeanie (Raymond) Godinez; brothers, Eddie Diaz and Tony Diaz; nephew and nieces, Tony, Samantha and Megan; great-nephew, Peter; many other family members and friends. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Moffitt Cancer Center.
