Jon Snow, 43, of Kiowa, Entered into Heaven on February 29, 2016. Jon Richard Snow was born on September 12, 1972. He came into this word via C-Section and then developed a severe lung condition and spent several days at Children's Hospital. But he was a fighter already then and came out of it. He was always an independent and curious child. He loved to take things apart and then fix it. He spent his education at Denver Christian Schools. He did not love High School but he graduated and then went to Wyoming Tech in Laramie and then he found his passion. He never missed a day and was never late and graduated as an auto technician. That is when his life took off. He spent his life as a mechanic and owner at Snow Concrete Forming and Snow's Caisson Drilling. When we owned the drilling was his favorite time. He loved the big rigs and crane attachments and Semi's and the everyday challenge of those machines breaking down. He loved to weld. He was a creative soul. He was married and divorced but out of that he was given a stepson, Drew Conover and son, R.J. Snow. He was the best father that he knew how to be. He loved them unconditionally. He loved the outdoors. Hunting and fishing were things that he loved to do. He treasured his time with the Pothour family as they loved him like a brother and son. He loved to snowmobile and had no fear. He was the high mark king whenever we would go. If he could have lived in a small cabin in the woods with a stream out back, he would have been in his element. Jon died peacefully in his sleep from a massive heart attack and went directly into the arms of Jesus. He is survived by his Son, R.J. Snow, Step-son, Drew Conover, his loving Parents, Dick and Kay Snow, Sisters, Julie Kloppenberg and Susan Wallden, Amazing and Cool Uncle to Colby, Ronnie and Jesse Wallden, Kelsie and Corbin Kloppenberg, Nick Lenon, Kinzie Wallden Cuba and Walker Schubauer and friends beyond measure. Jon's life was short in our mortal years, but he packed a lot of love and fun in the years that he was with us. Our hearts are broken but he is watching down on us from heaven shooting off fireworks so when you see a shooting star, give Jon a thumbs up. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 4, 2016, 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at Ponderosa Valley Funeral Services.
