Paula Elofson-Gardine

My gorgeous son-in-law Jonathon made it easy to love him. He had a quiet, sweet demeanor, quick humor and wit. Despite the challenges of the Multiple Sclerosis, Jon kept a level head. Jennifer took amazing care of Jon. His last few weeks were in the hospital. The nurses often remarked they didn't know how Jenny managed his care so well. The doctor's said it was a testament to her care that Jon lived this long. It was gratifying to see some of Jon's friends come spend time with him for his birthday before he passed. He loved the camaraderie and brightly listened to the reminiscing. It meant so much to Jon. Thank you! Love you Jon, thank you for sharing yourself with us. -Paula Elofson-Gardine Jen's Mom, Jon's mother in law

I met Jon back in 2005 he was always such a friendly guy, he played a game of chess with me at a party and was very patient with a novice player. I remember his wonderful smile and positive attitude even with all his trials and tribulations. He will be missed.
