He often provided these families with transportation to the school, home, doctor and even dentist appointments. A lot of families would ask Jose to talk to their kids and encourage them to stay in school. He would help find scholarships for students that graduated so that they could attend college. Jose often put together food and clothing boxes for families that were in need. He cared deeply about these families.
