Jose "Little Joe" Angel Ortiz
July 7th, 1945 - June 15th, 2022
Joe Ortiz passed away peacefully at his home on June 15, 2022. Joe is preceded In death by his Parents: Candido and Cruzita Ortiz , Brother Leroy Ortiz and Sister Ernestine Jeanette Ventura. Joe is survived by his wife of 50 years Priscilla Ortiz. His Children: Daughter; Sil Archuleta, Son; Joseph Ortiz and wife Viola,Daughter; Jewell Willey and Husband Robert and Son; Dario Ortiz and wife Candace. Special Friends: David Archuleta, Ronnie Crespin and Teresa Ortiz. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren which were all loved in each of their unique ways! Along with 5 sisters and 5 brothers and numerous nieces and nephews. Joes’ wishes were to be cremated so a final Viewing will be held June 27,2022 from 3:00-5:00pm in Santa Fe at Riverside Funeral Home. Rosary will be held at Our Lady of Sorrows Church on July 21,2022 @ 7pm and Burial Mass will also be held at Our Lady of Sorrow church @ 9am July 22, 2022. The Funeral mass will be live streamed at www.oloslasvegas.org Private burial will be held at Santa Fe National Cemetery at a later date.
