Jose Luis Rivera

RIVERA, Jose Luis, 50, from Chicago, IL who resided in Tampa, passed away May 20, 2013. He was a fighter throughout his life. His two amazing daughters, Jennifer D. Rivera, and Stephanie Acevedo Rivera; two courageous sons, Jose L. Rivera Jr., and Manuel Rivera; Two stepsons, Alberto Beltran and Joel Beltran; two grandchildren, Manuel Jr. and Benjamin ; a unborn grandchild: strong mother, Candida Padro; loving father, Felix Rivera; brother, John Crespo; four sisters, Santa Cruz, Rosa Rivera, Minerva Rivera, and Carmen Iris Rivera; All his nieces, Milagro Harper, Magdalena Figueroa, Migdalia Henriquez Melissa Ortega, Vanessa Mendez; nephews, Rafael Figueroa, Abraham Henriquez, Moises Henriquez, Antonio Henriquez, extended family and friends will truly miss this wonderful man. He treated everyone like family. Jose was dearly loved and his spirit will go on forever. His love is everlasting and he will never be forgotten. His father roles went beyond his children and passed on to his nieces and nephews children. He was not a perfect man. No one is on Earth but he was the PERFECT father, brother and friend . He was filled of life and showed lots of love to all. Visitation will be held from 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM on Saturday, May 25, 2013, at Florida Mortuary, 4601 N Nebraska Ave, Tampa, FL 33603. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, May 26, 2013, at Florida Mortuary.
