Jose Isidro Salinas Vargas, 76 of Caldwell, passed away on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at a Boise hospital after a brief illness. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at Flahiff Funeral Chapel, 624 Cleveland Blvd., Caldwell with Mass of Christian Burial being Celebrated on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at Our Lady of the Valley, 1122 W. Linden St., Caldwell with burial following at Canyon Hill Cemetery, 2024 N. Illinois Ave., Caldwell. Service Information
