Joseph Edwin Dye

Joseph Edwin Dye, age 73, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 25, 2017 around 5:30 p.m. at his home. He was born February 13, 1943 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Edwin Dye and Mary Alley. Joseph was a wonde and loving husband to his wife Velda, an amazing father to his daughters Tracy and Teresa, and a devoted grandfather to his four grandchildren Julia, Sabrina, Tristan, and Micaela. Joseph was a veteran of the US Airforce, a lead computer operator for Simpson Timber for 30 years, and enjoying his retirement and ham radio functions. Joseph was warm, loving, and a Good Samaritan who would stop at nothing to help those in need. Joseph will be remembered each and every day of our lives as his light shines through those he had to leave behind. A golden heart has stopped beating, hardworking hands at rest; God has broken our hearts to prove to us he only takes the best.
