Joseph Daniel George

Joseph (Joe) Daniel George, loving father and grandfather, devoted brother, and favorite uncle, died March 26th, 2014 in Seattle, WA at age 83. Joe was born February 15, 1931 to Joseph and Helen George. He was movie-star handsome; the oldest of three children and his sisters fearless protector. Joe was a member of the US Air Force and served his country in Korea. He lived in many different parts of the country and overseas during his career, but always called the Pacific Northwest home. He lived simply so he could retire early and enjoy life. Joe is survived by daughters Lynn (Paul) Crawford and Kelli (Bob) Graser, grandchildren Lloyd (Angela) Van Horn, Joel Crawford, and Kyle Graser, great-granchildren Lima Soleil and Parker Van Horn, sisters Darlene Bostrom and Joyce (Keith) Fresonke, nephew Todd Hall, nieces and nephews Gail Kautzman, Jill Mohler, and Kevin, Brian, and Gregg Fresonke. He will be sorely missed.
