Medici, Joseph A. ?Joe?, 82, of Kenneth City, died Tuesday, August 03, 2004 at St. Petersburg General Hospital. Born in South Plain Field, New Jersey, he moved here in 1957 from Sarasota, Florida. He was owner/manager of Functional Furniture Manufacturing until retirement. He attended Fordham University and served in the US Navy during WWII. He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, past Deputy Grand Knight of Council 2205 Knights of Columbus and past Faithful Navigator of the 4th Degree, Frank Lewis General Assembly. He is survived by two brothers, Anthony Medici of Edison, New Jersey and Mario Medici of South Plain Field, New Jersey; three step-son?s, Gerard, James and Al Smithson; 10 step-grandchildren, 14 step-great-grandchildren, and 3 step-great-great-grandchildren.
