Obituary Joseph L. Willard, 83, of Frankfort, died Wednesday, June 27, 2012. He was born October 29, 1928 in Frankfort to the late Estil and Evelyn Curry Willard. He was a member of Capital City Christian Church. Jospeh is survived by his sister, Doris W. Harrod of Frankfort, Kentucky; his niece, Ruth Harrod Henry; and two nephews, Thomas Harrod, Jr. and Stephen Boyd Harrod. Funeral Information Visitation will be 11am-1pm, Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Road, followed by a Funeral Service at 1pm with Rev. Vernon Carpenter officiating. Burial will take place in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Casketbearers are Thomas J. Harrod, Jr., Ruth Harrod Henry, Lewis Edward Henry, Jason Thomas Harrod, Dawn Hornbeck Chadwell, and Carrie Hornbeck Peach. Honorary Casketbearer is Stephen Boyd Harrod.
