Higgins, Josephine ?Jo?, 74, of St. Petersburg, died Thursday, June 9, 2005. Born in Philadelphia, PA she came here in 1970 from Concord, NC. She was a homemaker and a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and the Holy Family Women?s Guild. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, George P., Sr.; five daughters, Josephine Higgins and Patricia Jenkins both of Clearwater, Margaret Milklos, Largo, Bridget Higgins and Mary Finn both of St. Petersburg, a son George P. Higgins, Jr., Hillsboro, NC, a sister, Jean Donahue, St. Petersburg and ten grandchildren.
