Josephine "Ruth" Lichtenstein

Josephine Lichtenstein, 82, of Las Vegas, passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2019. Jo was born August 10, 1936 in Medford MA to the late Frank Joseph and the late Rachela Briguglio. Jo worked in a number of fields, as an owner of a TV and appliance business when in Massachusetts, doing bookkeeping in the agriculture business in California and as the owner of an auto parts store in California. She loved the beach and dancing, but most of all, loved spending time with her family. Jo is survived by her partner of 38 years Larry Kaplowitz, children Anne Schein and Sandra Papigiotis; grandchildren Michelle, Robin, Nicholas; great granddaughter Akasha; numerous nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog Trixie. Jo was the last of seven children in her family.
