Obituary Joshua Otterstetter, 33, of Colorado Springs CO, fondly remembered by friends and family as 'Linus,' passed away surrounded by loved ones on May 13, 2014. Joshua was born on January 08, 1981 to Arnold and Tammy Otterstetter in Garden City, Kansas. Joshua attended Garden City High School, where he excelled in wrestling. In 1998, Joshua headed west to live in the beautiful mountains of Colorado. Over the last 15 years, Joshua worked in Colorado Springs as both a boat and vehicle mechanic. Joshua spent much of his free time racing motocross, and became pro in 2008. Joshua had an extreme love of motorcycles and was avid in the Harley-Davidson community. On July 20, 2009, Joshua welcomed son Ryder Linus Conrad Otterstetter along side his wife, Audrey. Everyone who knew Joshua, knew that Ryder was the light of his life, and becoming a father was his proudest moment. Joshua enjoyed spending his free time with his many close friends, where many precious memories were made. Joshua's friends would describe him as a person who lit up any room he walked into, who always lived life to the absolute fullest, who always had a huge smile on his face, and one of the biggest hearts imaginable. Joshua's generosity was one of his best qualities; no one would ever go in need of anything in his presence, even if it meant putting others before himself. Joshua's goofy, fun-loving, free-spirited attitude is what the many people that loved him will miss so dearly. Joshua is survived by his parents Tammy and Arnold Otterstetter, siblings Jacob, James, Jared, and Jacalyn Otterstetter, wife Audrey, son Ryder, step-daughter Paige, and grandmother Delores. Joshua is preceded in death by Grandfather Edgar, and uncle Keith. A celebration of Joshua's life will be held at the First Church of the Nazarene in Colorado Springs, CO on May 22, 2014 at 2pm.
