Joyce Louise Constantine passed away on May 27, 2021 at the age of 65 after a courageous 14 year battle with cancer. She was known to most as Joyce or “Juice,” but to those most important to her as just “Mom.” Born May 14, 1956 in Nyssa, Oregon to Wayne and Mary “Louise” Piercy, she grew up in the Apple Valley region of Parma with her siblings Dale and Ellen, where she helped with the family farm and attended school in Parma. It was during this time she met her eventual husband, Stewart, with whom she would spend the majority of her years within Arena Valley. Together they raised three children: Brook, Juddson, and Hailey. She enjoyed soaking up the summer sun outside and sharing laughter with family and friends. Joyce was confidently lucky and had a knack for beating the odds. A born entrepreneur, Joyce was often scheming and finagling for her next business plan or innovative idea. She was a wonderful and caring mother to her own children, and also to many others, as she lived her life with compassion and spreading happiness. She is survived by her husband, Stewart; her children: Brook (Troy), Juddson, and Hailey (Luther); her grandchildren: Tucker, Thatcher, Piper, Avinlee, Tenley, and Sailor; and her siblings, Dale Piercy and Ellen Batt. A short graveside ceremony will be held at the Marsing-Homedale Cemetery on Friday, June 4th at 2:00 P.M. Condolences may be left for Joyce’s family at www.flahifffuneralchapel.com.
