Joyce Reynolds

Tribute Joyce A Reynolds, 78, of Aurora CO, went home to be with the Lord February 4, 2021. She was born in Fort Dodge, Iowa September 11, 1942 to Edward and Inez Bennett. She married Robert Franey June 10, 1959. They had 2 daughters together Rochelle and Sheila. When Robert passed away in 1963, Joyce moved to Adel, Iowa so she could attend beauty school. It was in Adel where she met Gary Reynolds, and they were married May 22, 1966 in Perry Iowa. They added 2 more children Kamala and Troy to their family. In 1971, Joyce and Gary moved to Berthoud, Colorado to raise their family. Joyce loved the mountains and it was answered prayers when she and Gary built their dream home in Estes Park in 1994. She lived in various places throughout Colorado, including Poncha Springs, Pueblo and Aurora. She faithfully served our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in many areas of the Body of Christ and was involved in many Bible Studies. Her gift of hospitality touched so many lives. In her later days in Aurora, she enjoyed arts, crafts, and gardening. She lit up each time she saw her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was proud of her family. Joyce is survived by her daughters Sheila Hunt and husband Robert of Granbury, TX, Kamala Anderson and husband Jeff of Centennial, CO, son Troy Reynolds and wife Jennifer of Golden, CO. Grandchildren Brandon Hunt, Jacob Hunt, Brian Hunt and wife Laura, Conner Hunt and wife Frankie. Spencer Anderson and Mikaley Smith and husband Mitchell, Elijah Reynolds and Luka Reynolds. Great-Grandchildren Delila, Violet, Rosallie Hunt and Mason Smith. Brother Calvin Bennett and wife Doris. Joyce was preceded in death by her spouses, Robert Franey and Gary Reynolds, her parents, brother Steve Bennett, daughter Rochelle Reynolds. She will be missed by all. \The family would like to offer a special thank you to the entire staff of Shalom Park Senior Care Facility. They each are truly a blessing!
