Juanita Loraine Phillips

Juanita Mays Phillips August 12, 1928 �" February 12, 2007 Age: 79 Residence: Salina, Kansas, formerly of Greeley, Colorado. Tribute: Juanita Mays Phillips was born in Greeley, Colorado to Toyne Loraine and Goldie Blanche (Severns) Dunlap. In 1947, she married Ace Berry. They had two daughters, Carolyn and Mearlyn. Mr. Berry preceded her in death. She later married Kennith Mays and they also had two daughters, Carol and Mary. Mr. Mays also preceded her in death. She then married Richard Phillips who had a daughter, Peggy, and three sons, Lynn, Gary and Rodney. Mrs. Phillips was involved with her daughters in Brownies, Girl Scouts, 4-H, PTA and in the youth group at the church. She also had many grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Phillips was residing in Salina, KS at the time of her death. She will be missed by all. Survivors: All survive her in death except her first husband, Ace Berry; second husband, Kenneth Mays; and son-in-law, Ronnie Johnson. Services: 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 21, 2007, Memorial Service at Adamson West Chapel, 2000 47th Avenue in Greeley. Inurnment: 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 21, 2007 at the Briggsdale Cemetery, Briggsdale, CO.
