Judy Carol Gossert

Judy Carol Gossert passed to heaven at the age of 74, on Sunday, October 20, 2019, at Wheatridge Manor in Wheatridge, Colorado. She was born November 21, 1944 in Denver, Colorado to parents Clifford and Marie Stevens. She grew up in Pierce, Colorado and always loved the country. She spent most of her life as a claims adjuster until retirement. After retirement, she stayed active by serving on the board of her HOA. She also loved animals, going to dinner with friends, and talking politics with her children and grandchildren. Judy was well known for her unshakeable faith in God, her love of the mountains, and her keen sense of humor. She is survived by her brother, Leroy Stevens, children, Deborah Gossert-Russell and husband Kevin, Lisa Gibson and husband Scott, and Ted Gossert, Jr and wife Stephanie, grandchildren, Danielle Russell, Quentin Russell, Ashley Gossert, and Luke Gossert. A memorial celebrating Judy’s life will be held at a later date. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Hospice Services of Wheatridge, CO.
