With heavy hearts and profound sadness, we announce the passing of Judy Valentine (Blean/Attenberger), who passed away on November 2, 2023, after a brief illness. While her early years were spent in the Midwest, the family moved to Colorado in 1972 where she raised her family and had a distinguished career with Discover Goodwill of Southern Colorado. She took great joy in her family, her faith, her flowers, and her dogs. Judy was loved by many and cherished by those who knew her as Nana, Mom, Sister, Shima, Daughter, Wife, Friend. Her graciousness and unconditional love touched the lives of many, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She is survived by her daughters, sister, brothers, grandchildren, and her great-grandchildren. Memorial service celebrating Judy's life, 11:00AM, Friday, November 10, 2023, at Grace and St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, 601 N. Tejon St, 80903. The family would like to express their gratitude to the professionals at Penrose Hospital for their attentive care during this time.
