June S Hess (nee Scheidhauer), 94, of Westville, NJ passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Saturday, March 23, 2019. Legacy Born in Woodbury, NJ and raised in Westville, NJ. She graduated from Woodbury High School Class of 1941. June was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed Big Band music, reading, gardening, cooking and lunch dates with her girlfriends. A member of Ann Whitall Chapter DAR (Daughters of American Revolution), Gloucester County Historical Society, and Historical Society of Cecil County, MD. Family She is the beloved wife of 58 wonderful years to the late Edgar W. Hess. Devoted mother of Edgar E. Hess (Nancy). Treasured grandmother of Jennifer Russell (David) and Victoria Lowrie (Michael). Cherished great grandmother of Chloe Russell and Patrick Lowrie. Daughter of the late Mabel and Earl Scheidhauer. She will be missed by friends and family. Farewell Tribute Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Friday, March 29th from 9:00AM to 11:00AM in the McGuinness Funeral Home - Woodbury, 34 Hunter St., Woodbury, NJ Funeral Service at 11:00AM. Interment Harleigh Cemetery Camden, NJ.
