Survived by wife, Nicole; children, Alexa & Maddie; mother and stepfather, Laura & Daniel Johnson; brother, Bjorn Johnson; sister, Kjirsten Johnson (Paul Folkens); uncles and aunts, Jack Giswold, Roxi Knops, Paulette & Burnell Hanson. Celebration of Life to be held on Sunday (July 15, 2018) 1:00 PM at Clam Dam Park, 25598 S. Dam Rd., Webster, WI. Missed and loved by too many people to even mention. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
