There will be a Celebration of Life service for Justin Matthew Paulsen at The Crossing Southshore Campus, in Ruskin FL. 2409 East College Avenue, Ruskin FL 33570. The viewing will be at 5:30 pm and the funeral service will be at 7:00 pm. We made every effort to make it at a time that people can have the best chance to show Justin and the family their love they had for him. Every one who attends will be a appreciated by Justin and the family. Forever blessed! Justin was a gentle soul, born on July 3rd, 1998, now 21 years old, who loved people, tried to build relationships, and loved to be on the water as much as possible and to sail. Anybody who knew him, knew how much the sea was his home and happy place where he found peace! Justin would bring anyone he could get to on his sailboat. He found joy playing the flute and piccolo for us. Especially, sailing songs. He loved God, his family, his boat, music, friends, family, and his pets. And they loved him. The family enjoyed spending time with Justin any chance we could get! Justin shared joy everywhere he went with his goofy laugh and sense of humor. Anybody who spent time with him was sure to catch his fun, love of life in the moment, and joy! He loved to use his God given talents. He used them anytime he could for Jesus and for whatever God would allow him to use it for! This included teaching people to sail, being a friend and shoulder to lean on to encourage, showing love and friendship even to random strangers, or people in immediate need, playing his flute and piccolo for anyone wanted to enjoy listening, helping others, worshiping at home and church. He also loved using his creativity and mechanical intelligence that could create something out of nothing, to create and build things for his boat and help and give to others. He is leaving behind a mother and father, Debbie and Randy Paulsen, Grandparents, Rick and Sharon White, brother-in-law and sister as well as nephew, David, Karisa, and Josiah Briest, a brother, Brandon Paulsen, Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, and Nephews, Nichole and David Giraldo as well as Bella and Isaak Giraldo, Brenda and Joe Grant, as well as Gavin and Alex Grant. He left behind many other Aunts, Uncles, cousins, friends, and extended family that love/loved him. Many church family had a great impact on his life and people from his sailing community! Life will never be the same, as adventurous, or fun without you! You are loved beyond measure! He loved you all!
