Karen Joyce Bivins Carroll, age 56 passed away July 10, 2021. A memorial service will be held at Sojourn Church, Friday, July 16, 2021 at 10AM. The friends can greet the family following the service. In lieu of flowers, the family ask donations please be made to Heart of Georgia Hospice, 103 Westridge Dr, Warner Robins, GA 31088, https://www.heartofgahospice.org/donate. Karen was born in Hawkinsville, GA to Merry Bivins Peacock and the late John Clayton Bivins on November 24, 1964. Karen is also preceded in death by her siblings, Mike Bivins and Ricky Bivins; one grandson, T.C Roberts; father-in-law, Wilford Carroll. Karen was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and dear friend. She enjoyed traveling, gardening, crafting, and most importantly spending time with her family. She was also an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan. Karen is survived by her mother, Merry Bivins Peacock, husband, David Carroll; children, April Peacock, Amber (Brent) Cole, Allen (Brittany) Peacock; stepchildren, Tasha (Stephen) Hall, Austin (Greer) Davis, Will Carroll, Justin Carroll, Casey Carroll; grandchildren, Shayla Wodi, Kylie Cole, Kyndal Peacock, Kayla O’Conner, Samantha Cole, Tinley Peacock, Hunter Capella, Liam Peacock, “baby” Jane Peacock, Emilia Peacock, mother-in-law, Betty Carroll; sister-in-law, Terry Atkinson, and a host of extended friends and family. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
