Karen T. DeLacy, 58, of Harbour Heights, Florida passed away Friday, August 21, 2015 at Bayfront Health Port Charlotte. Karen was born August 28, 1956 in Louisville, Kentucky to Robert E. and Dolores (nee Flock) Thompson. She worked as a housekeeper in various residences. Karen is survived by her son, Paul Hartt, Jr. of Port Charlotte; daughters, Stacie Hartt and Kara Hartt, both of Port Charlotte; sisters, Kathy M. Marshall of Arcadia, FL and Robin K. Purlee of Sellersburg, IN; grandchildren, Zachary, Coby, Leighton, and Kyleigh and two more yet to be born; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father in 2013, both her mother and husband in July, and her son. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at Paul Schelm Funeral Home, 12687 SW County Road 769 (Kings Highway) in Lake Suzy.
