Karen Rebecca Garner

Ms. Karen Rebecca Garner, 50, of Irmo, died Thursday, April 9, 2014 at her mother's residence after a long illness. A memorial service will take place on Monday, April 14, 2014 at 6:30pm at the Woodridge Memorial Park and Funeral Home Chapel, 138 Corley Mill Rd. in Lexington with Rev. Jerry Berry officiating. Memorial donations may be made to Grace Covenant Church, PO Box 329, Irmo, SC 29063. She was born in Charleston, SC and lived most of her life in Columbia, Graduating from Columbia High School in 1982. She was a self employed stock trader and a member of Grace Covenant Church in Irmo. She is survived by a son, Alexander Wright, Columbia; three daughters, Jessica Ann Wright, Gatesville, TX, Audrey Bolick, Asheville, N C and Madison McCormack, Irmo, SC; her mother, Katherine Powell, Columbia; her father, John Richard Garner, III; two sisters, Katherine Fritz, Columbia and Clara Helmboldt, Woodruff, SC and a brother, John Richard Garner, IV, Columbia.
