Karen S Wendland Entered eternal rest in the evening of October 11, 2018 Karen S. Wendland 71 widow of Barry J. Wendland Sr. Resident of Charleston SC. Her family and friends are invited to attend a memorial services at Simplicity Lowcountry cremation and burial at 281 Treeland Dr. Unit C Ladson SC 29456. The service will be held on October 17, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Karen was born in Macon Georgia November 20, 1946, the daughter of Joseph Scrughan and Vivian Petterson Scrughan. Surviving are sisters Delores S Staley, Mary S Hayes an her husband Peter Hayes, four sons, Richard L. Warren and his wife Kimberlie, Craig A Warren and his wife Becky, Michael A Warren, Barry J Wendland; four granddaughters, Amanda C Warren, Ashley W Smith, Taylor C Warren, Kaitlyn M Warren; and grandson, Jacob J Wendland; great grandson Kalem V Cooper. Three nieces, and one nephew. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Charleston 3870 Leeds Ave. N. Charleston SC 29401
