Kathleen V. Powell (nee Gilbert), 79, of Blackwood, NJ passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 9, 2019. Legacy Born in Philadelphia PA, Kathleen was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmom and sister. She worked for Berskire Hathaway, Fox & Roach Realtors. Family She is the beloved wife of the late John Powell. Devoted mother of Susan Horner (Mark), James Kelleher (Jennifer) and Karen Zawacki (the late Henry). Cherished grandmom of Devon Horner, Sadie Horner, Brooke Spontak, Bryn Kelleher and the late Henry Zawacki. Daughter of the late Kathryn and Edmund Gilbert. Dear sister of Edmund J. Gilbert III (Joan), Kyran Gilbert (Peggy), Michael Gilbert (Maryellen) and Terry Gara. She will be missed by many friends and family. Farewell Tribute Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Saturday, November 16th from 9:00AM to 11:00AM in the McGuinness Funeral Home - Woodbury, 34 Hunter Street, Woodbury, NJ. 08096. Funeral Service at 11:00AM. Interment will be private by the request of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Foundation, P.O.
