Kathryn Jeanne Webb

Kathryn Jeanne Webb, age 53, of Ladson, SC, passed away on March 6, 2017. The memorial service will be held at noon on March 9, 2017 at Simplicity Lowcountry Cremation & Burial Services. Kathy was born in Charleston, SC on October 9, 1963, to Bobby and Cheryl Hartley. Kathy worked as a civilian contractor for the Charleston Naval Shipyard for approximately 20 years. She enjoyed reading, fishing, shopping for antiques, camping, and going to the beach. She was also actively involved with volunteering at the local homeless shelter. Kathy is survived by her daughter Brittany Downs; her grandchildren, Caeden, Keaton, and Colton Downs; her brothers, David Hartley, Junior and Joey Barnhill; her sisters, Shonda Sumner, and Wanda Barnhill; great nieces Kristina Hartley, Kaitlyn and Kylie Sumner; and her significant other, Steve Austin. Kathy is preceded in death by her father, Bobby Hartley, her mother, Cheryl Hartley, and her grandparents. Funeral arrangements are by Simplicity Lowcountry Cremation & Burial Services.
