Kay S Kennedy, 91, passed away peacefully at her home in St Petersburg on October 15th, 2023. She was born in West Virginia in 1931. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas E Kennedy. She is survived by her daughter, Debra Niehaus, her grandsons, Cameron Lemery and Blayne Niehaus. She is also survived by three sisters, Mary Jo, Maxine and Patricia. As well as numerous nieces and nephews. She worked at General Electric for 40 years before retiring. In 2001, her and her husband moved to Florida and spent another 21 years at Westminster Shores working as a front desk clerk part time. She was a long time member of Pasadena Community Church and also a member of Eastern Star. There will be a Celebration-of-Life held at Pasadena Community Church on Monday October 23rd in Goodwin Chapel at 11am. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the American Cancer Society.

Aunt Kay was a wonderful woman who will be greatly missed by her family members in West Virginia. She was sweet and kind and loved by many. Our sympathy goes out to family and friends who shared her life.
