With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Kellie Michelle Monday, who departed this world on June 23, 2024, at the age of 56. She was born on November 5, 1967, in Lakeland, Florida, at the Lakeland Regional Hospital. 

   Kellie was a beloved daughter, sister, and friend, who touched the lives of many with her kindness and spirit. Kellie was preceded in death by her father James Monday and her grand parents. She is survived by her mother, Betty Thomas; and two loving children; Christopher and Kristi. She also leaves behind her sister Kristi Davis and step sister Dee Meador. Kellie also had 4 grandchildren; Nathan, Lucas, Isabella, and Liam. She was cherished by a host of extended family members and friends who will continue to honor her memory and reflect on the bright moments shared with her. 

    A visitation will be held on Friday, June 28th, at 10:15 am, followed by a memorial service at 11:00 am. Both events will take place at the Orange Street Church of Christ in Auburndale, Florida, (310 Orange Street Auburndale, Fl. 33823) with Minister Bob Bauer officiating. 

   We gather not only to mourn the loss but to celebrate the life of a remarkable woman who brought joy to all who knew her. Though we grieve the loss of Kellie, we are comforted by the memories we hold and the impact she had on our lives. Her legacy will remain in our hearts and in the stories shared by those who knew her best.
