Kelsey Lee Collins, age 15, passed away on February 5, 1014. Kelsey was born at McKenzie Willamette Hospital in Springfield OR. She lived in Lowell OR with her parents Shawn and Tina Collins, and her older brother Shawn Jr. Kelsey was an 8th grader at Lowell High School in Lowell OR. Kelsey enjoyed attending her youth group at East Valley Church in Lowell, hanging out at the park and the lake with her friends, and swimming in her Grandparents pool with cousins. Kelsey also attended choir in school. Kelsey enjoyed shopping with her Grandma and Aunts, and hanging out with her cousins. A Celebration of Life will take place at Lowell High School on Sunday February 16th from noon to 4pm, food will be provided. Private family inurnment.
