Kenneth A. Giere

Kenneth A Giere was born January 11, 1937 in Maddison Wisconsin, passed away peacefully while surrounded by his loving wife and four generations on March 2, 2021 into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Originally from Minnesota, came to Albuquerque for his enlistment in the Air Force in 1957 and soon fell in love with the love of his life, Maria Eulalia (Lolly). He and Lolly remained in Albuquerque and raised a family. He was a part owner in a computer company Total Business Systems, then he became a Director for Presbyterian hospital. Owned a Laundromat and a Children Clothing Shop. He continued to work until the day he passed doing bookkeeping and accounting. Kenneth is preceded in death by his mother Lillie and father Almer Giere, as well as his 8 brothers and sisters; Clara, John, Lilia, Bob, Ray, Elmer, Victor, Hubert. He is also preceded in death by his young daughter Linda Ann Giere. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Lolly; his four children, Johnny Giere (Eleanor), Cindy Claytor, Cathy Sanchez (Gerardo) and Dena Giere; His eight grandchildren, Erica Capone (Joe), Amanda Claytor, Daniel Sanchez, Christian Claytor (Brianna), JJ Giere, Victoria Sanchez, Mathew Sanchez and Dustin McCarthy; and two great grandchildren Alliey & Joseph Capone and expected Olivia Blais. You will be missed with cherished memories, as many loved and cared for you, but we understand why God would have wanted you close to him, because you truly were an Angel on Earth. We love you, we miss you, and we will meet again. Services will be at Shrine of St. Bernadette in Albuquerque on Monday the 22, 2021 at 10am Celebration of Life will be held following the services at: 5000 San Timoteo Ave NW Albuquerque NM 87114
