Kenneth Lujan Jr., 72, of Greeley, CO passed away September 17, 2011 at Kenton Manor in Greeley. He was born August 4, 1939 in Las Vegas, NM to Candelario and Clarando (Cruz) Lujan. He grew up in La Salle, CO and received a master’s degree in business from the University of Northern Colorado. On May 26, 1958 he married Elizabeth Dasnaw in Tijuana, Mexico. They renewed their vows on September 8, 2011 in Greeley. On January 29, 1957 Kenneth entered the United States Marines Corps. He was honorably discharged on January 28, 1960. Kenneth enjoyed cooking, traveling and spending time with his family. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and St. Mary Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Lujan; sons, Brian (Jennifer Worley) Lujan, Chirs (Anna) Lujan, Kenny Lujan and David Lujan; grandchildren, Chris Lujan Jr., Maria Lujan, Amber Lujan, Kristen Lujan, Amanda Lujan, all of Greeley and Dessiree Daniel of Cheyenne, WY; brother, Eugean (Earlinda) Lujan of Loveland, CO; sister, Dominga Lujan Tarin. He was preceded in death by his daughters, Maria Lujan, Margaret Lujan-Daniel; parents, Candelario & Clarando Lujan; brothers, Joseph Lujan, Tony Eloy Lujan, John Lujan Sr. ,Teddy Lujan; and grandparents, Damacia and Augustine Lujan . Visitation will be from 3-6 p.m. Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at Adamson Chapel followed by Recitation of The Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 p.m. Thursday, September 22, 2011 at St. Mary Catholic Church.
