Kenneth W. Young, 70, of St. Petersburg, FL, died Friday, March 19, 2004 in the emergency room at Northside Hospital And Heart Institute. He was born in Worcester, MA and came here in 1959 from Buzzards Bay, MA. He was the owner and operator for 20 years of the Ken Young's Texaco on 4th Street and 62nd Ave. No. and sponsored and managed Little League Teams. He was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War and was Protestant. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Eleanor J.; one son, Glenn and Elizabeth of Seminole, FL; one daughter, Sherrie L. and Mitchell O'Neill of Treasure Island, FL; one brother, George E. of Puyallup, WA, one sister, Irma L. Aharonian of West Boylston, MA and two granddaughters, Alyssa K. Young age 6 and Ashley L. Young age 1.
