Obituary Kent Rhoads, 54, of Frankfort died Thursday, June 13, 2013 surrounded by his devoted wife Trina and loving family. He was born in Greenville, KY on February 4, 1959 to Wanda Heath and the late Haskell "Tumpy" Rhoads. Kent was a processer at Buffalo Trace Distillery and was a member of Buck Run Baptist Church. His love of God and family was paramount in his life. He was an avid outdoorsman, often hunting and fishing with his family and friends, and eagerly sharing these experiences with his grandchildren. He was a reader of history, and also enjoyed gardening, sporting clays, and archery. In addition to his wife Trina, he is also survived by his daughter, Wende (Clayton) Lesak of Cynthiana; his son, Chris "Kit"(Lindsey) Rhoads of Owensboro; his two step-sons, Shawn Disponette of Shelbyville and Derek Disponette of Louisville; his sister, Pam (Curtis) Perry of Dunmor; two brothers, John (Martha) Rhoads of Greenville and Brad Heath of Belton; nine grandchildren, Landen Wood, Mason Huber, Hunter and Brody Hockensmith, Mallory Taylor, Kruer and Cash Lesak, and Bennett and Sutton Blair Rhoads; and his beloved Boykin Spaniel, "Hershey". Funeral Information A celebration of life will be from 4-7 pm on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at the Clark Legacy Center, Frankfort, KY with a memorial service immediately following officiated by Rev. Jeff Eaton. Memorial services will be held at 6 pm Central Time Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at Mud River Union Church in Belton, KY.
