Kevin BarberSPRINGFIELD — The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 6, at Alvadore Christian Church for Kevin Michael Barber of Springfield, who was fatally injured March 28 in an auto accident. He was 42.He was born Feb. 22, 1969, in Cincinnati to Charles and Tarley McMillan Barber. He married Dana Irelan on May 20, 1989, in Eugene.He earned a bachelor’s degree from Eugene Bible College and was a technical trainer for Symantec for 12 years.Survivors include his wife; his mother, Tarley Barber-Chamberlain of Eugene; a grandmother, Edith McMillan of Ada, Okla.; three daughters, Amanda of El Dorado, Kan., and Danika and Kayla, both of Springfield; and two sons, Talon and Thramer “TJ”, both of Springfield.Visitation will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 6, at Alvadore Christian Church, with commital to follow the funeral service at Rest-Haven Memorial Park.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene. Remembrances to the Kevin Barner Memorial Fund at Home Federal Bank.
