Kevin Eugene Loucks, age 52, passed away unexpectedly at home in Florida on August 9, 2024.

He was born in Syracuse, New York on December 8, 1971 to Allen E. Loucks & Lynda (Reed) Loucks. He is survived by his wife Luz Patricia Hidalgo Loucks; sons Mario Alejandro Cifuentes and Dallas J. Wells; mother Lynda M. Loucks; brother Shawn M. Loucks; sister Patricia M. Stock; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Kevin was predeceased by his father Allen E. Loucks.

Kevin was a self-employed roofer. He enjoyed skydiving, spending time with family, and his pup Tony.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to American Diabetes Association.

Funeral Arrangements are with Sun City Center Funeral Home in Florida. Memorial Masses will be held at later dates in Wimauma, Florida and Syracuse, New York.
