Kevin John Unislawski
July 9th, 1973 - September 29th, 2010
Kevin J. Unislawski, 37, of Gloversville, passed away Wednesday after a very special life that affected so many people. Kevin was home with his family for the first four years of his life. Kevin later moved to Lexington Center where he lived for a large majority of his life. Kevin's warm heart touched so many staff at both Lexington and Nathan Littauer Hospital who knew him intimately. Kevin had a wonderful smile and a loving heart. He was a very caring person who loved the people around him. Kevin enjoyed being outside, listening to music and spending time with his friends and family. Kevin was predeceased by his Grandparents; Mr. and Mrs. Herman and Luise Unislawski and Mr. and Mrs. John and Marion McKiernan; his maternal uncle, John McKiernan and his paternal uncles, Henry and Ralph Unislawski. He is survived by his parents, Cathy and Herb Unislawski; one sister, Erica and Ray Peck; one niece, Veronica and one nephew, Ryan, as well as aunts, uncles and cousins. Services will be Saturday, October 2, at 12:00 PM at Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home 51 Fremont Street, Gloversville with Rev. Dr. R.W. Williams officiating. Calling hours will be Saturday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Lexington Foundation, 465 North Perry Street, Johnstown, NY 12095 or Nathan Littauer Hospital, 99 East State Street, Gloversville, NY 12078.
