Kiara Nichole Ballenger, 2 years old, of Cullman, Alabama, passed away Friday, May 4, 2018. She was born on January 29, 2016 in Birmingham, AL to Jason Raines and Rachel Ballenger. In addition to her mother and father, she is survived by her step-mother Cheryl Tadlock Raines, AL; her step-father Armstrong Smith; her brother Zayne Campbell, AL; her grandmother Tammy Cusley, AL; her step-grandparents Shannon (Michelle) Beard, AL; her uncles Jason Ballenger, AL; Cody Ballenger, AL; Caelin Ballenger, AL; Tristan Miller, AL; her aunt Stephanie Redden, AL; her great-uncles David (Pam) Hood, AL; Jamie Cagle, AL. Her god parents Tim (Tela) Mooreland; Alice Parrish; and Ronald Chaney. She was preceded in death by her siblings Zane Raines, Serenity Raines, Nevaeh Raines; Caleb Freeman, Shayla Ballenger, and Jonathan Freeman; as well as, her maternal grandparents Deborah McDaniel and Mark Ballenger.
