Kim Ray Baxter
June 2nd, 1953 - October 22nd, 2015
Kim Ray Baxter, 62, of Boise passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2015. Kim was born in Nyssa, Oregon on June 2, 1953 to Gene and Phyllis Baxter. He graduated from Caldwell High School in 1971, shortly after he joined the US Air force as an Electronic Aviation Tech. This four year journey took him around the country and overseas to Germany and Italy. He returned home and became a Licensed Realtor with Chuck Karn. After which he began buying, remodeling and selling houses himself. In between the hard work Kim enjoyed spending time with his parents, children and grandchildren. He loved spending time in the forest enjoying such activities as fishing, camping and hunting. Kim also loved going to the Oregon Coast. You could always count on Kim to have a bright smiling face when he was spending time with family. He will forever be in our thoughts and hearts. Kim is survived by his parents: Gene and Phyllis, sister: Allison, sons: Jason and Jeff, and his grandchildren: Tylan, Kaden and Braden. A memorial service will be held from 1:00-3:00PM on Monday, October 26, 2015 at the Caldwell Elks Lodge # 1448 (1015 N. Kimball Ave., Caldwell, ID 83605). An inurnment will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at the Idaho State Veteran’s Cemetery (10100 N. Horseshoe Bend Rd., Boise, ID 83714). In lieu of flowers a donation can be made in Kim's name to NAMI, 4696 W Overland Road, Suite 274, Boise, Idaho 83709. Service Information
