Kimberly Ann Abell

Kimberly Ann Abell August 12, 1954 – December 11, 2017 Kimberly Ann Abell was born on August 12, 1954 in San Diego, CA and raised there by her parents, Herb and Connie Abell. She attended Holy Trinity Catholic Elementary School, Granite Hills High School and San Diego State University where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and her Master’s Degree in Public Health. Kimberly had a bright, inquisitive mind and a generous and gratuitous soul. She enjoyed many passions including swimming, taking long, long walks, seeing movies, dancing and butterflies. Kimberly had an acute eye for fashion and took great, unabashed pride in having a unique, individualized twist on “style” that she refined over the years. Kimberly had a kind and compassionate heart which was evident in how she cherished her friendships and her devotion to her family. She was a strong willed fighter and a two-time cancer survivor. Kimberly passed peacefully in her sleep on Monday, December 11,2017. She will be deeply missed by her mother, Connie Abell; and her five siblings; Roxanna Hayes, Herb Abell, Desiree Markham Mulberry, Tammy Thacher, and Greg Abell.
