Klaus Konrad Porsch

PORSCH, Klaus Konrad, 87 of Land O’ Lakes, Florida passed away at home with family on November 20, 2018. Klaus was born and raised in Berlin, Germany. In 1957 Klaus and his wife, Gerda came to America on a ship to start their life together in the United States. He owned and operated a foreign car repair shop for most of his life. Klaus was a member of Carrollwood Village Country Club for many years, enjoyed playing tennis, and spent lots of time with his children at swim meets. After retiring, he took up painting and was an active member of many art associations. Later in retirement, he met his late life partner, Sandy Bell, who he remained with for the rest of his life. Klaus is preceded in death by his loving wife, Gerda Porsch; parents, Herta and Gustav Porsch. He is survived by Sandy Bell; sons, Ralf and his wife, Michelle, and Manfred; daughter, Heidi and her husband, Bobby Durschlag; grandchildren, Renea, Erich, Alana, Katie, and Konni; and great grandchildren, Kelis and Aniyah.
