Kristin Hungerford

Kristin K. Hungerford, 68, died on Wednesday, January 10th of complications of Alzheimer’s. Kris was born on June 19th, 1949 in Wichita, KS to Verne and Coleen Howard. Her family was her greatest pride, and she cherished her roles as wife and mother. In addition to being dedicated to her family, she pursued higher education and service to others. She earned a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Friends University and helped countless people through her career as a counselor. One of her greatest achievements was being a founding member and director of Grace Counseling in Littleton, CO. Her work as a healer, both professionally and in her family, had a profound positive impact. She always had a smile on her face and an ear to listen to those in need. She is survived by her devoted husband, Jim, her daughters Tiffany Ingoldsby and Hilary Hungerford, her son Mike Dalke, four granddaughters and two grandsons. Memorial service and reception will be Saturday, January 27, 11:00 AM at Grace Chapel, 8505 S.
