Lance Robert Holycross
June 5th, 1954 - April 17th, 2023
Mr. Lance Robert Holycross, 68, of Lexington, NC passed away at his residence on Monday, April 17, 2023. A native of Rochester, NY, Lance was the husband of 22 years to Karen “Kay” Mabe Holycross and the son of Morton Raymond Holycross and Dorothy Virginia Case Holycross, both deceased. Lance was an advid billiard player and was an active member of the "Hold My Beer" team within his league. He enjoyed golf, wood working in his shop, camping, and spending time with his grandkids. Survivors include his wife, Kay of the home; two sons, Travis Holycross and wife, Erica of Concord, NC, and Lucas Holycross of Pineville, NC; step-daughter, Brittany Tedder and husband, Logan of Lexington, NC; two grandchildren, Brayden Holycross, and Kinsley Tedder; and two sisters, Beverly Slattery and husband, Tom, and Kathy Herman and husband, Tom. A celebration of life will be held at 1:00PM, Saturday, May 20, 2023, at the residence of Lance and Kay. Friends and family may offer online condolences at www.piercejeffersonfh.com
