Larry Arthur Brandt, 76, of Shelton Washington, peacefully passed away on July 2nd 2023 surrounded by family and friends. Larry was born on September 29 1946 to Arthur Adams and Eleanor Seifert. After Larry graduated from Fife High School in 1964 he served in the United States Army from 1967 to 1969. Larry was honorably discharged, Purple Heart Recipient Vietnam War, June 12th 1969. After military service Larry attended the University of Washington obtaining Master’s degrees in Social Work and Public Administration. After graduation Larry worked in Social Work supporting Vietnam Veterans reintegrating into society. Larry was passionate about Social Work and loved what he did for a living. After Larry left the field of social service he successfully owned and operated a drywall business. Larry was predeceased by his parents Arthur Adams and Eleanor Seifert, his stepfather Ronald Brandt and his sister Janet Adams; He is survived by his daughter Tamara Brandt, brothers Dean and Dale Adams, and nephews and nieces. Services will be held on July 30th in Eatonville, Washington. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donations to Magen David Adom in Israel (AFMDA), and the Israel Special Kids Fund.
