Larry Roger Carson, 64, of Lacey passed away June 03, 2008 at St. Peter Hospital in Olympia. Larry was born August 1, 1943 in Butler, Missouri to Howard P. and Aline E. Carson. Larry lived in Salinas, California until he moved to Olympia in 1985. In 1990 he moved Kalispell, Montana; then back to Olympia in 2000, where he remained until his death.Larry served in the United States Air Force from 1961 to 1965 at Goodfellow AFB, San Angelo, TX. He married Susan Irena Lozier in Puyallup, Washington on April 8, 1989. Larry was a retired telephone lineman and also worked as a saddle maker while living in Montana. While serving in the Air Force, he was a member of the Air Force Baseball Team as a catcher. Larry also enjoyed rodeo riding in Salinas, CA; bowling; golfing; and hunting and fishing in California and Montana. He was also a member of the Moose and Eagles. Surviving Larry, are his wife Susan; son, Cody Ray Carson; step son, Kevin Lee Sloan; daughters, Liza Barnes and Ronnie Norton; step daughter, Wendy Kae Spoerl; brother Garry Ray Carson; sister Barbara Boyles; his parents Howard P. and Aline E.
