Larry Allen Cook

COOK, Larry Allen, 77, of Zephyrhills, Florida passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2019. He was born in Newport, Maine and moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1976. In 2007, he relocated once again to Zephyrhills. Larry proudly served in the United States Army. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and was raised Methodist. As a young man, Larry was an avid hunter. He also was a sport enthusiast and coached little league baseball in Hudson. Larry also took great pride in working for Unity Bank for over 10 years. He loved his experience getting to drive a Nascar racecar in Vegas. Larry also loved spending time with family and friends, who describe him as “faithful, honest, and a man with a great work ethic. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Regina Flye Cook; son, Jason Jeremy Cook; daughters, Vallerie Ellen McDonald and her husband, Lloyd Jerome II, Gabrielle Allyn Bonaventura, and Charity Nicole Cook; brothers, Roderick Cook and Steve Cook; sisters, Rena Dunton and Donna LaBranch; half-sister, Marlene Hinckley; grandchildren, Kanen, Abagail, Nathaniel, Madison, Caitlyn, Lloyd Jerome III, Cara Lee, Lexie, and Lauren; great grandchildren, Avian and Dollia; and many loving nieces and nephews.
