Larry Edwards

Larry J Edwards, 69 of Wesley Chapel, FL passed away on October 11, 2022 at Advent Hospital in Wesley Chapel, FL. Larry was born on June 16, 1953 in Lapel, Indiana and moved to Florida in 1985 where he worked for the Mahaffey Company for nearly 40 years developing strong relationships as a leader and friend to many. Larry had a passion for golf early in life, hitting his first hole in one at the Brockway Golf Course at the age of 17. That passion carried through to adulthood where he could often be found on the golf course with his family and friends. Larry loved his family, and his generous ways, contagious laugh, and warming smile will be forever loved and deeply missed. Survivors include two children, Chad Edwards (Maryellen) and Carrie Osborne (J.T.); two sisters, Hope Bagley (Bruce) and Sharon Robinson (Bill); two brothers Bill Edwards (Kelly) and Bob Edwards (Chim); two grandchildren Nathan Joseph Edwards and John Tucker Osborne; special nieces Amber Landon (Brady), Jada Thompson (Dustin) and Katrina McMillan; five great niece and nephews; Morgan Reed, Taylor & Tyler Eytchison and Jared & Jaci Etchison. Larry was preceded in death by his parents Bill and Mary Lou (Taylor) McMillan and William Edwards, his brother Gary Lee McMillan and his great nephew Jacob Etchison. The final resting place for Larry will be in Lapel, Indiana with private services for his family at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choice in memory of Larry.
